Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Wherever you are, SheShine can come to you.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our trusted warehouse in Hong Kong.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We work quickly to get your order to you! That means changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order will already be processed. Don't worry—you can still return it for a full refund once it arrives.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once processed, they're shipped out the following business day. Please note: we don't ship on weekends or holidays, so allow extra time during busy seasons.

How long does delivery take?
Due to high demand, shipping typically takes 1 –2 weeks depending on your location.

What if I don't receive my order?
If your package doesn't arrive within 30 days after shipping , you're eligible for a full refund—no worries!
